1. Overview
Ticket Masters ("we", "us") operates a global ticket marketplace. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell. Keep your login credentials secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Buying
Prices are shown all-in with a flat 8% service fee. Every order is covered by our Buyer Guarantee.
4. Selling
Sellers must own the tickets they list and confirm the details are accurate. Every listing is reviewed by our admin team before going live. Fraud results in permanent account termination.
5. Fees & payouts
Sellers pay a flat 10% fee. Payouts are released within 3 business days after the event.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited use
No scalping bots, no counterfeit tickets, no re-selling above local price caps where the law applies.
8. Liability
We provide the marketplace "as is". Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for a specific order.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the updated version is posted here with the "Last updated" date above.
