Event cancelled
Full refund automatically within 5–10 business days.
Event postponed
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend, request a refund.
Invalid ticket
We'll find you comparable seats or refund you in full — buyer's choice.
Ticket delivered late
If your ticket doesn't arrive in time for the event, you're covered.
Duplicate ticket at door
If the scanner rejects your ticket at the venue, we'll refund you in full.
Fraud / counterfeit
Never happens on TM — but if it did, we would refund you plus travel costs.
How to request a refund
- Open your order from the dashboard.
- Click "Request refund" and pick a reason.
- We'll process the refund to your original payment method.
